Consulted with project sponsors, key stakeholders, customers, and IT subject matter experts to determine and
analyze functional requirements for technology-infused learning spaces, meeting/collaboration spaces, and other
typical office spaces.
In partnership with IT leadership, co-led the selection, procurement, and management of AV architects, network
architects, integrators, and multiple construction trades to successfully design and implement audiovisual
systems (including presentation, audio, videoconferencing, digital signage, and related collaboration and
academic classroom technologies), IT infrastructure (including voice and data), and IT-enabled furnishings to
facilitate world-class collaboration, teaching, learning, and operations for a research university with integrated
academic medical center.
Managed individual project budgets in excess of $16,890,000.00 in construction, and $2,500,000.00 for AV & IT infrastructure.
Provided executive sponsors frequent project updates, including identifying potential risks, schedule and budget
deviations, and scope changes. In partnership with executive sponsors, led change management to assist in the
successful adoption and buy-in of end users.
Assisted in the 10 year Master Plan, leading multiple feasibility studies and work on real estate services for both
the University System and Hospital System campuses.
Acted as a liaison between Augusta University and the Board of Regents Facilities Office and GSFIC.
